About Us
Meet Keziah Nduro
I’m Keziah, your VA Loan Expert servicing both Beaufort and Jasper counties in South Carolina’s Lowcountry. I was active duty Navy serving as a hospital corpsman for nine years, I recently transitioned into the reserves. While at my last duty station: MCRD Parris Island, I started working as a realtor. During that time, I discovered that a lot of my fellow service members and veterans did not have full knowledge of how to use and maximize the VA loan. Many were shocked to learn that I bought my first property as an E3 stationed in Monterey, CA and purchased a home at every duty station possible. I have made it my mission to educate the military community about this benefit and how to get the most out of it. I help service members both past and present buy their first or 15th property, I show them how to use the VA loan as an investment vehicle to build their real estate portfolio.
- I guide buyers through the process of home ownership, ensuring a smooth transition.
- I aid sellers in marketing, promoting, and structuring their sale for the best visibility and maximum gain in equity.
- I assist investors with analyzing and structuring deals to exceed or get their desired return on investment.
I have also created a community: Military to Real Estate where all these worlds collide to help military members enter the world of real estate. Whether as an agent, a homeowner, or investors. This is our space to facilitate growth and learning.

About The Community
Military to Real Estate is a community that was created out of my own desires, with each property that I bought, I had to do a lot of online research to find answers to questions that should be readily available. As I became a Realtor, I realized that my clients were asking the same questions that I once had.
How do I use my VA loan?
Can I use my VA loan more than once?
Can I invest in real estate using the VA loan?

These are a few examples of the questions that I and some of my community members have had.
